How do we get started?
Getting started is simple! After you place your order, make sure to provide your email during checkout. I’ll personally reach out to you via email to request a few reference photos of your pet. Once I receive those, I’ll begin creating your custom portrait, bringing your pet to life with vibrant colors and unique details.

For traditional gouache pet portraits, the price varies depending on the size, starting at €300.00. If you’re interested in a digital pet portrait, the cost is $80, and you’ll receive a high-resolution file via email that you can print yourself.

How long does it take?
The time to complete your custom portrait depends on the medium and current demand. For gouache paintings, it typically takes 3-4 weeks to complete. Digital portraits are generally faster, with a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and you’ll receive your digital portrait via email or your painting via mail once completed!

How do I print my digital pet portrait?
Once you receive your high-resolution digital file, you can print it at home or through a professional printing service. For the best quality, I recommend using a high-quality printer or a local print shop and opting for premium paper, such as matte or glossy photo paper. You can also print it on canvas or other custom items like pillows, mugs, or shirts!

What kind of photos do I need to provide?
For the best results, please provide clear, high-resolution photos of your pet. Photos taken in natural light, showing your pet’s face and full body, work best. Close-up shots that capture their unique features and expressions will help me create an accurate and detailed portrait. Feel free to send multiple images so I can choose the best one to work from!

Absolutely! For both gouache and digital portraits, I offer the option to customize the background. While I usually create a botanical background, you can request specific flowers, plants, or even a different theme. Just let me know your preferences when I reach out to gather reference photos, and I’ll work with you to create a background that complements your pet and fits your vision!
